Vineyard cottage or how we call it “Zidanica” is a traditional facility that is very common in south-east region of Slovenia called Dolenjska.

Vineyard Cottage is divided into two parts. The cottage has a cellar which is used for producing and storing vine and for equipment storage. The upper floor of cottage was traditionally used to rest after a long working day.

Times are changing and less and less cottages are built in traditional style. These authentic vineyard house offers the convenience of a pleasant stay, as it is made of natural materials. The cellar is made of stone and the upper part of the building is wooden. In the wooden living area there is a living room with dining area, kitchen and bathroom. Three bedrooms are located in the attic.

The location offers an extremely beautiful view both in the day and night.

Landowner is waiting for you, to come and drink a glass of traditional wine called Cviček with him and listen to interesting stories. During your stay, you will also receive a cellar wicker where you can get some wine Cviček for jour lunch or dinner.
